Believe Them If You Want To
This is discussed in chapter xxxx. Can your dietician answer the hard questions?
Do they have proof of any of any of their clients improving their liver? Do they have medical proof of any of any particular food that improves liver enzymes?
Do they provide each meal at least with a list of quantity of nutrients as per the Nutrition Information Panel plus any extras like Iron and Omega 3?

Get Checked
In the tradition of this book, we need to follow the proper medical steps before you can make a plan to restore your liver and associated conditions. You have already read all of the previous chapters. It is best to follow the tried and true medical ways.
It is best to firstly get your bloods checked by your GP. Find out what abnormals you have, if any. The bloods will give you and the GP and indication of what abnormals you have. It a bloods might give you and the GP an idea of what classification and stage of disease you might have.
Read the blood test chapter to find out what the 71 blood tests you need to get. This includes vitamin and mineral blood tests. Eating certain foods is always a better solution to vitamins and mineral deficiencies.
Just remember – GPs don’t tell you what foods to eat. They only refer you to a dietician.
